Delete shape does nothing when no shape/point selected

When trying to delete a point from the bottom menu:

if there is no shape selected -> the click is silently ignored
if there is a shape selected but not point selected, we show the dialog, but no point is deleted

We should inform a point needs to be selected before deleting it.
