Datapoint download fails when an image download fails #1705

Describe the bug When used downloads datapoints, if an image fails, the whole download process fails and the remaining datapoints are not download

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Assign a registration form with some submissions to a device
  2. at least one of the images url need to be broken
  3. Try downloading datapoints
  4. You will see error message and download will stop

Expected behavior Correct datapoint download even if a few images fail, they can also be downloaded manually by the user once they open that submission

Device (please complete the following information): All devices with app version 2.9.3 and 2.9.4
