[#636] display bold surveys when not viewed #1711

Before the PR (what is the issue or what needed to be done)

Show the user that something has changed in the hanburguer side menu, that surveys have some new forms

The solution

Surveys that have updated forms will be displayed in "bold" untill the user selects them
