Feature: Inform Al that he is offline #1764

I was just trying to get started with testing the new version of the Flow app and I could not get to see my device on the uat1 device list. I tried reinstalling the app and nothing. And then I realised that I actually lost connection to the wifi on my device... 🤦 moment.

But, I might not have been the only person trying to connect to an instance, sync submissions, download forms and not figure out that it is me who is the problem, not the Flow app. For some of these tasks we have the snackbar showing you are offline. But would it be handy to somehow show Al when he looses connection even if he is not doing a specific task?

@Kiarii and @valllllll2000 what do you think?

This issue was created in the spur of the moment and then realising it is not offline that the problem was but another bug. I am closing it and we shall handle offline indication if needed on a case by case basis (as we have most of the cases covered already)
