When creating a datapoint we should be taken directly to registration form:

Atm this takes the user via the available forms list, where only the Reg form is selectable.. A direct route to the form save the user time and cognitive effort..
After submitting a datapoint, the user will be taken to:
RecordActivity with the list of forms if there are more forms assigned
DataPoint list if the registration form is the only assigned form
Making this change will hopefully prevent us from having to constantly delete empty datapoints when in the list and hopefully prevent the bug where a correct instance seems to have been deleted: https://github.com/akvo/akvo-flow-mobile/issues/1787
