Before the PR (what is the issue or what needed to be done)

The solution

final solution to send full device information to support. How does it work? In a support ticket we realize that we need device information from one or more devices. We inform the partner to request that info directly from the device. In order to send it they will need the ref id, see screenshot Screenshot from 2021-07-30 10-31-27

The device user will go to settings and find "send device info to support" and press that option. This will open a dialog and he then can write the 4 digits reference id.
