`Delete` button missing when navigating back to the data tab #1351

Steps to reproduce:

you go to the inspect data tab
you select a survey and form you want to see the data for
It works as expected - you see the data correctly including the 'edit' and 'delete button'
You click on another tab on the dashboard (f.e survey tab)
You click on the data tab again
You now see the data of your previous selection (the one you selected at step 2) but then without the 'delete' option.
