Can we get rid of geolocation `Altitude` data? #3612

In https://github.com/akvo/akvo-flow-mobile/issues/1680 we started revising how we handle capturing geolocation data and came to the question is there is any use of Altitude? This data is saved and sent as it comes by default with latitude and longitude, is it needed? Do we need to valued to show data point on the map in the app, in Flow map, in Lumen?

If no, let's stop sending this data.
