Context

We want to analyze the number of form instances including survey forms and their path. Task assigned by @joycarpediem

Problem or idea

Generate CSV file with below structure:

Instance Name	Form ID	Form Name	Survey Name	Total Form Instances	Last Submission Date	Folder Path
uat1	123456	Test Registration Form	Test Survey	50	2021-12-31	Emmanuel Test > Testing

Solution or next step

• [ ] Create an executable java class
  • [ ] --top Only top 5
  • [x] Only in the last semester
• [x] Create a bash script to iterate instances and execute the above bash script
