Remove v1 implementation of aggregation scatter, bubble and line #2675

Context

We add on #2537 a new version "2" to solve a random query problem used in version 1. On 7th May, We have notified users to adapt to this version via email

Hi, 
We improved how you create visualisations from large datasets in Lumen. When visualising such data, Lumen will only draw the chart once you select a column with max 2500 values or an aggregation that reduces the number of values. This is to make the visualisation more stable, actionable, and useful. 
This change affects some of the visualisations you created. See the list below. If you shared these visualisations, they remain unaffected. But if you decide to edit any of them, Lumen will show an error asking you to select another column or aggregation method. 
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us via https://lumensupport.akvo.org.

Check after a couple of months if all charts have been updated and remove the v1 version implementation accordingly
