Updating problem with split-column transformation if flow data is empty #3130

Context

Trying to update an existent flow dataset with data and split-column transformation fails if updated flow data is empty (as a result of removing data in flow side) It happened with unicef africa and automatic updates script

Problem or idea

Split column transformation throw an error if there is no splitted results after applying the transformation

Solution or next step

Don't throw error if no data as a result of the transformation but generates empty columns, so next time we update the dataset and data arrives the splitted columns will be filled
