Indicate that a group is merged with icon not text #3139

With the data groups flag, we added some visual improvements to the dataset grid. We now also indicate that a group is merged (coming from a different dataset). In the current implementation tested on one of our partner instances that has the flag on, I noticed we indicate that a group is merged by adding [merge] to the group name.

Instead of [merge] can we please add the icon as @Kiarii defined here: https://github.com/akvo/akvo-lumen/issues/3073#issuecomment-741728972
