Remove dataset walkthrough #3148

With the release of data groups UI changes, we added a walkthrough to the dataset UI to inform users about the different components on the screen. The changes are in production for more than a year now, so we can remove the walkthrough on that page. We should keep the library and underlying implementation for the next time when we need to inform about a new feature in Lumen.
