Separate 'My RSR' from the Administrator views #254

Discussed with Loic and Charlotte that having 'My RSR' on the same page with the Admin buttons ultimately confuses a lot of users:

Also worth (serious) discussing - should the AkvoRSR website be a different design entirely from the 'My RSR', with 'My RSR' the tool for users, distinct in design, and the AkvoRSR a website about the tool and the projects.
