Disk/memory usage dashboard are not accurate

It turns out the graphs are calculating, for example, disk usage on live1 as a total of all disk space in the live environment, due to the way graphite expands wildcards. http://tessera.akvo.org/dashboards/4/disk-usage-note-this-is-not-accurate

Same for memory usage dashboard. Added queries without wildcards until we find a more sophisticated solution
