Hide Reportserver reports behind the RSR proxy #228

This adds a proxy rewrite to nginx so that the RSR reports can be accessed in this manner: http://rsr.akvo.org/reports/project_results/2849?format=pdf thus hiding the location and credentials of Reportserver and it's BIRT engine. Note that these credentials are not real internal Reportserver credentials. They are more in the nature of an API key.

I have successfully tested the configuration on the test1 server.
