Akvo Site - country portals: embedded reporting

The need for embedding reporting & CartoDB mapping in our Akvo Sites was discussed in a meeting held around the below document, concerning various countries needs for embedded FLOW data:

From the Akvo Reporting side we will begin working on the 'Benin with DG Eau (water point mapping)' under the heading 'Countries'. There is a budget for this work and currently no fixed deadline.

Reporting requirements:

• data for http://ppea2.akvoflow.org/ surveys needs to be available as reports
• minimum report should be similar to crosstab created for Ghana
• would be great to provide embedded pivot

Flow data:

• PPEA2 divide the surveys by department
• the surveys are all exactly the same
• because it is divided by department the response data would need to be merged but we still need to be able to tell which department created that set of data/responses

Survey called: 'ouvrage simple' should be used initially. All exactly the same survey split by department, except that they had to include the administrative division manually - that was before the cascad question was created so in the first part, they might be different number of columns depending on the number of administrative division. Emeline is in process of correcting this.
