[x] Adjust CI workflow to generate and push dbml file to dbdocs
[x] Include dbdocs.io link into doc

coverage: 67.94%. remained the same when pulling 73e7b6484a95b1e0e7dd0600b0efa41db7705622 on dbml-dbdocs into 7299116e631cc80626f4cfe656980f646a9df98a on master.
