Change in Gelocation provider in Admin #649

At the moment we link to http://itouchmap.com within the Admin when looking up Coordinates: screen shot 2014-06-26 at 9 29 41 In the PDF project form we have used http://mygeoposition.com/ which provides a cleaner interface and a nice view on how to collect your coordinates.

Can we change the url we use and also ensure the link text changes to reflect the new location.

Test plan

GIVEN the project and organisation admin WHEN a location is shown THEN the help text should show the link to mygeoposition instead of itouchmap
