Markup validity errors #476

All Sites have a set of errors when checked against the W3 Validity checker.

Check each error & add issues for fixing.

Extra title tag can be removed on confirmation that we are using yoast seo for all sites

Most of the warnings about script and style can be ignored as they come from the Wordpress Core
