Cookie consent plugin #145

The Akvo Sites need to have the cookie law plugin installed to allow us to comply to the EU (specifically Dutch) Cookie law.

Setup with assistance of @lynngre

@eefsparreboom to test plugin as discussed, individual cookie policies for each site, instead of a blanket policy.

Yes I have tested the plugin. It is compatible withy the akvo Sites so very easy to install. I was waiting on content for the policy pages. Once that is finished I can activate the plugin!

@eefsparreboom will it be possible to do an individual one for each site or a blanket one only?

I think it's only possible to do individual ones

@lauraroverts or @Anna-Marthe would you please check the terminology specifically about how we talk about the alliances or how we name them in each of the cookie policy docs here https://www.dropbox.com/sh/sglgknhf8194qg0/AAB-oSJtDyMUrAeMERyqMYVca

Once they've been approved we can have them added to the sites. thanks

@lauraroverts please see the above comment made re checking the cookie docs. once those are okayed by you @eefsparreboom can add them & to each site/enable the cookie pugin.

All inidividual pages for the Akvo Sites are ready to be added to each site/enable cookie plugin.

@Lynngre thanks for the help this morning :) I have set up the plugin on all sites and disabled the bar for now. I have created pages for the policies, if you can make a run through them you or I can turn on the cookie bar!
