RSR projects and updates don't match #185

At http://rain4food.akvoapp.org/en/?sort=latest_update_date can be seen that RSR updates have been added to projects that were added to the list of projects. However, these updates don't appear at the homepage. The latest update dates from 07 August. I think the projects that were added to the list of projects for this website at a later stage, are not included in the RSR updates that should appear at the homepage and country pages.

I think the latest updates were manually deleted. This is a long story, but we keep a log in the DB which updates are in the db and at what date they were last edited. If we run the update, we check this log to see if the update has changed since the last edit date. If not, there will be no update. Normally when deleting a project update, the log entry should be removed as well, but that didn't happen in this case, so the update script assumes that the update is allready in the database and doesn't need to be changed. I removed the logs for the latest update and ran the script again, they are on the website now.

Could you also check http://www.gnwp.nl? I'm facing the same problem. Last update at homepage dates 4 june 2014 while in the list of projects at http://gnwp.akvoapp.org/en/ there are more RSR updates.
