Webforms not loading for migrated instances #482

Via support, two separate partners reported webforms not loading. I checked a few random surveys on both instances and the same issue happened:

  1. Found a published survey that is shareable as a webform
  2. copied the URL and opened it in a private window
  3. Saw a Network error Screenshot 2021-05-31 at 15 46 43
  4. The error disappeared and the form did not load Screenshot 2021-05-31 at 14 21 20

I tried a few other instances and the webforms worked fine > they loaded fine.

The one common thing these partners have that experience the issue is that they are from the group of instances we migrated earlier this month. For other instances (not migrated) the webforms work fine.

The issue is that the webforms simply do not load. The survey exists, it is published but after opening the webform URL the user sees an error and then the actual form does not load in the webform UI.

Jumped the gun. Actually, some other forms do load. Reseraching further

Reopening the issue so we can track the investigation here. What we saw today is webforms work for some of the above mentioned instances, but not for all:

Just for the sake of note-taking: I checked all the mentioned instances where webforms did not load and they all now load the webforms as expected. Thank you. Case closed.
