Webforms - Error when submitting

The issue After filling in the webform and taking all the steps to submit, you get an error saying ups something went wrong. This is not very clear or actionable. After the error disappears and you try again the submission works.

Next steps

• Investigate why the error shows in the first place
• Resolve the reasons for why it shows if possible
• If the error needs to show make it more informative and ideally with an instruction for the user so she knows what to do

As I mentioned on Reamaze. It seems the config for WAI is wrong, the last changes were: https://github.com/akvo/akvo-tech-consultancy/commit/b88e47952fd3a2824d32196e3efee2d87b7fe333#diff-4f3b5e772c54d2973720e8b48f05d9dc01f80aae4145ade06866695f74a4166cL92-R92

which doesn't match with akvo-flow-server-config
