FLOW product page - 2pager #391

2pager to be added to the FLOW product page as a link named 'Brochure download' in the top bar (to the right of 'Technical specifications' with a link to download it from the WP media library.

Not sure how we include the various languages & regional brochures here (any ideas?).

@charmermark & @Lindaleunissen to figure out where/how we add these as we need to deal with multiple versions in multiple languages.

@loicsans Can you please add in a field to put a heading in? Between 'Downloads' and 'languages' it should say: 'Akvo FLOW brochure"
