Revise and update partner page #557

Review which partnerships are highlighted, add/delete as appropriate and update all content. Input from Jeroen/Kat required.

Review structure of page. Regional? Incorporate elements of Akvo chum.

This won't be ready for 31st March release, but maybe one after?

@JoPratt or @charmermark do you have a deadline for updating the partner page? Jo, we can include the partner page JSON data chat with the foundation page chat on Wed 10 June.

JP has reviewed which partnerships are highlighted and added/deleted as appropriate. Partnerships that weren't deleted or recently added still need to be updated. JP to get partner team to review their own partnerships and advise of necessary updates. JP and LG discussing developments for this page 12 Jun.
