This is split from #308

This issue is for

[x] Reading the language flag on the roadmap and changing the language of the content in the PDF
[x] Styling the PDF with GISCO colors and final design when it is made available

@navins94 , please implement this on priority on Monday . Ignore the company logo and the multiple member heading for now
