262 checker multiple records in jmp configuration #271

TODO/DONE

The following conditions are run to check the configuration file :

[x] 1. Check each category whether there is the same configuration or not.
[x] 2. Check for duplicate questions in and condition.
[x] 3. check if the defined options exist in the database

How to use checker.py

Run the command below

docker-compose exec backend python -m source.checker $(echo "/app/source/${INSTANCE_NAME}/category.json")
