Showing students are absent when I know they were there #50

I'm new to this extension so I'm sorry if it is a user error. But every meeting I've had a few students who it shows were not there when I know they were in there with me. I think it is the same students showing as absent each time. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have more than 16 people in the Meet? If not, are you using Meet's Tiled View? If you do have more than 16, are you using another extension like Grid View (fix) to ensure that all students are present on the screen at the same time? This is a requirement for the extension to function fully. If you are using Grid View, ensure that the option to "only show participants with video" is disabled. Alternatively, you could try leaving the Participants Panel open.
