v1.0.0b0下使用Cloud (云端模式)，climate实体正常可用 请求对fawad.airrtc.30015添加Local (本地模式)支持

更新 v1 分支后再试。

更新v1.0.0b1后climate实体变为可用，但信息实体中显示的Updater仍然为none 可发送指令控制设备，但无法获取设备的实时状态
