Raw request body did not work #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
POST method call with raw request body doesnt work. The request body is not 
being sent to the service.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My service is complaining about expected missing request body

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Based on my tests, raw request body works. Does your service need a particular 
request header set in order to accept the body of the POST? Tell me a little 
more about your service. Thanks!
