I'm aware your tool is focused on BiSulfite-Seq data and as such is focused on 5mC/5hmC methylation in CpG contexts. However I was wondering if there is any interest in adding support for all context all methylation types (4mC, 6mA, 5mC) data as output by modern nanopore devices.
