Are you booting your macOS partition or are you booting the installer?

If you change the value of init display first - igfx in the BIOS, it is possible to boot mac os partition

When you boot macOS (after the panic), you should get a window asking you to report an error. Click yes and post the full panic log here (put it on Pastebin/etc and link it).

Any panic logs in /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports? Also, post a IOReg dump.
