Hello, i've followed every step of your guide, but i'm stuck at loading the OS installer. When i use -v to see the error i get the following:

sound assertion in applehdadriver at line...

and when i finally reach the installation screen, i only get a grey screen with a spinning beach ball. How can i bypass that error?

@injektil I had a troublesome upgrade to 10.12.4 and initially had the same issue (also kextd timeout appleacpi..)

In my case, I booted with clover 3866 (from pre-2.0 release) and that caused the issues.

As soon as I was able to boot from clover 4050 (included in 2.0.x release), everything went smoothly.

This is probably the USB booting issue (which I've since fixed). Can you try with v2.0.8 and report back?
