Sprinting while using a boat/eytra/horse or any other similar type of rideable entity #183

Summary When using a boat, horse or elytra you can sprint and also loss stamina. Although this is a vanilla bug it would be nice to make it so you can't sprint while using that type of transportation at the very least it shouldn't use stamina.

Running Environment

Minecraft Version: 1.19.2
ParCool Version: 3.0.1.0
Forge Version (optional): 43.2.21
