Summary Right click rate is limited to half a second.

Running Environment

Detail All right clicks with the exception of some mods' interactions have a minimum time between right clicks of half a second, This includes using shields, placing blocks using the right click function of tools and interacting with blocks.

Additional Data Such as Screenshots or Crash Reports Forced crash on a newly created world with only ParCool installed. latest.log

This has never be reported yet. Probably it will take much time because I do not have any idea what caused.
