View Hints and Tips - Story 4.22

As Lecturer/TA, I should be able to view Tips and Hints that I previously added to a certain problem

Success Scenario

• Tips:Click on toggle “Previous Tips”in edit/view Problem page.
• A table containing all previous Tips will appear.
• Hints:Click on toggle “Previous Hints”in edit/view Problem page .
• A table containing all previous Hints will appear.

Failure Scenario

• There are no previous Hints or Tips. Message :”No Previous Tips” “No Previous Hints”

properly tag the "Success" , "Failure" ... as specified in the email and remove empty line in the middle of your success demos list. @nadineadel
