Store image of ads in Minio #92

we need a service to store images of fetched ads in Minio. Laravel handle S3 driver. You need to implement a service to intract with minio in a clean way. For now we need just put and url method for this service to put file in minio and get address of stored file from related buckt and path.

bucket : upload

path : images/tabligh
