Possibility to disable sign up #12

I cannot find any way to disable the sign up functionality, so that anybody can always sign up. This is of course unwanted for projects that should be private.

This is a second (and I would argue, minor) use case of FlyLaTex. I'd consider adding this to later versions. But if make a patch earlier (with this feature added), submit a pull request, and I'll merge it.
