Changes:

Move unit tests in a separate CMakeLists.txt file
Replaced include(CTest) with enable_testing() enable_testing() is more lightweight and does not generate 20+ targets we don't use.
Disabled Statistics for the unit tests. Is this correct?

Looks much cleaner now. :+1: As the Statistics are only for measuring response times, they can be disabled in the unit tests.
