Initial appveyor support #92

@florianjacob some notes: 1) ~Appveyor should be enabled for this repository on ci.appveyor.com by team member;~ done 2) wintest should be merged into master.

I'm naively trying to make appveyor run the unit tests in #93 by just doing almost the same as for travis. Does that look sensible to you / do the unit tests work for you?

If the unit tests work, I'll assume vcpkg usage and a clean setup fixed the issues @SrTobi has been having.
