Internal HD listed as external HD

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Fine with clean install of SL with 0.8.2 rc4 (HD listed as internal with 
internal icon)
2.  After updating to 0.8.2 release, HD now listed as external with external 
icon
3.

What netbook are you using this on? mini 10v

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Would expect internal HD 
to be read as 
internal

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 0.8.2 
release on SL (10.6)

Please provide any additional information below.
