Battery reported as "Service Battery"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Snow Leopard
2. Check Battery Status in Menu Bar by clicking on it.
3. You'll see "Service Battery" with an "!" in a warning Triangle.

What netbook are you using this on? Mini 9 With two gigs of Ram and stock 16gb 
SSD.

What is the expected output? Regular Battery Stats. What do you see instead? 
Regular Battery 
Stats Plus "Service Battery" warning.

What version of the product are you using? .8.2 alpha
On what operating system? 10.6.1 Snow Leopard.

I should have added that it'll be in the 0.8.3 release. That wont take long 
either (say, about a week).

Essentially I updated the dsdt patch.
