restart not works mini 10v, blue screen #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.try to restart system

What netbook are you using this on?
dell mini 10v

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
must restart, instead stuck on blue screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
bios 005, snow leopard 6.0 and 6.1

Please provide any additional information below.
sound after sleep also a problem
