add to abc.lib (vector 2d/3D + minor modifications)
add abstractions for the wrapper and GUI bpatchers
naming of the majority of helpfile to be compatible with abstractions
add 2plf and map helpfile
prepare the folder architecture to be a Max Package
add the doc folder and references
