Adding support to sleeve.js for studying to improve hacking and charisma

Hey I know it's been over a year, sorry for not merging this sooner. The code is fine and I couldn't wrap my head around whether this might cause new problems in weird BNs, but really it's no different from training, so I'll go ahead and merge, and keep an eye out for any related bug reports.

I'll keep my eyes open. I haven't fired up bitburner in a minute, but it's a fun little technical game. Glad I could add some edits once I figured out how all the things fit together with the API.
