sleeve.js: Consider taking advantage of idle time to generate overclock #348

Hi Alain, you may be interested in take advantage of the IDLE time of Sleeves. If your focus is to work for a single faction to get rep, keep rotating the sleeves just for a few seconds. This will make them use the overclock time accumulated when idle to boost the rep. With 8 sleeves, the time they are "idle" and generating overclock will be significant, that will almost make 1 sleeve to be overclocked all the time.

I'll need more information on the mechanic. My understanding is that overclocking time is intended to only make up for prior idle time - so being idle for 1 minute than overclocking for 1 minute should be equivalent to working normally for 2 minutes.

If this is not the case, then are we sure it's not an exploit that the game devs plan to fix?

Indeed overclocking is intended to just make up the idle time, but only one sleeve can work to a specific faction each time. And that is the key on this strategy.

So if you work 1 sec with the first sleeve and consume the overstock, than move to the next, and next, and next, you are always focusing on a single faction with continuous overstock.

Not a exploit I believe, unless they change the idle time mechanics.
