autopilot.js: Doesn't give a chance to maximize sleeve memory in BN10.2/10.3 #396

Currently, autopilot.js will refuse to automatically ascend if you don't have the maximum number of available sleeves, but it doesn't check whether you've maxed their memory, which can also only be done in SF10.
