faction-manager.js: Logic for calculating current nf level is a bit off #406

In BN 113, we have NF level 113 to start, but we calculate current level as 130 based on cost.

Must be failing to take into account some multiplier: image

Still something off in one of my other saves, where I'm in BN 12.114. Perhaps I'm missing a multiplier in here. image
