Casino.js earns money quickly if reloading the game is quick, but sometimes it's slow (bloated save files, slow browser, etc...).
Rather than reloading every single time we lose, perhaps I can save the game every time we reach a new "high", and only reload if we start losing really badly (e.g. lost 10 games from our high, or almost go broke).
